Author's information

Submission site is available at: Easy Chair System. (.pdf only)

●Full papers must be submitted by November 5, 2015.

●Authors may suggest an technical committee to handle their submission. Technical committee are listed here.

●Papers can be up to 10 pages + references. This means that if more than 10 pages are used, the 9th and subsequent pages should contain ONLY references. The length requirement will be strictly enforced. The first Seven pages are free.

●ick 2016 follows a double-blind review process.Authors should not be listed on the title page. Reasonable anonymity should be maintained in the paper. Authors are requested to take particular care when referencing their own work. Careless use of self-citations easily violate the requirements for double-blind reviewing. This may result in papers being rejected without review.

●All (conditionally) accepted papers will go through revision to address reviewers' comments before the final acceptance. The revision period is scheduled in early December for about 2 weeks. Again, check the main conference web page for updates.

Policy on Multiple Submissions
ick will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ick 2016 reviewing period.

ick is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.

Review Process
ick encourages submissions from under-represented areas. We recognizes that not every paper will necessarily contain new theoretical results or new algorithms, and strongly encourages the submissions that provide new models and analyses that are rigorously validated through implementation and experimentation. We will make every effort to fairly review papers with a systems focus.

Instructions for Accepted Papers
After registration, the final paper submitted designates your paper as "Camera Ready" and it will be available online as part of the Journal. Please note that there will not be an additional opportunity to revise your paper. In preparing for the proceedings, please follow the author guidelines posted above under "Paper Format."

Full Paper will be accepted for publication and presentaton, Abstract will be accpted only for presentation.
